This luxury boutique hotel opened in 2002 in a handsome manor house that once belonged to the Louis Jadot wine house, just a few steps from Place Carnot. Rooms are cleanly decorated in an updated Empire style with mahogany furniture, vivid yellow-and-orange bed covers and flat-screen televisions. The immense black marble bathrooms all have oversize showers, spacious tubs, polished-steel sinks, teak counters and Frette linens. L’Hôtel de Beaune recently opened Bistro de l’Hôtel, a chic, modern eatery whose extensive selection of Burgundy producers includes Domaine de Montille, Ramonet, David Duband, Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier and Vincent Girardin.
