Thanks to le ‘Menu Dégustation’ you will discover our specialities, like “L’œuf Cocotte façon d’Alba à la Truffe Mélanosporum”, le “Bar de Ligne Entier Grillé” ou “le Poulet de Bresse”. The menu is updated everyday with the freshest products.
Our Wine list is rewarded since 8 years by the magazine Wine Spectator: 800 references, mainly of Burgundy wines but also wines from Côte du Rhône, Italy or California.

In 2008 according to the famous magazine Condé Nast Traveler, Le Bistro de L’Hôtel was part of the”105 Hot Tables” in the World.
Ten years later, its cuisine is still recognized as one of the best. Le Bistro is ranked #33 in the “Top 100+ European Heritage Restaurants”.
