The latest addition to the house, our bar is a tribute to American cocktail bars.
With separate access from the hotel, it welcomes Beaune locals for a day or a lifetime, in an elegant setting inspired by the spirit of speakeasies, with an exceptional menu of cocktails and spirits. Its warm, elegant setting, quality service and friendly staff make it one of Beaune's must-visit addresses. Ideal for getting together with friends in one of its many lounge-like nooks, or relaxing on the terrace.

Continuous service for lunch until 4pm.
