Open from 8am, the HBistrot welcomes you all day long for a coffee, accompanied by eggs with bacon or delicious viennoiseries, or later for a glass of wine, chosen from the 2000 references on our wine list.
But above all, it's a must in Beaune at lunchtime for its Italian-influenced cuisine.
The menu at HBistrot is renewed daily according to the seasons, the produce available at the Beaune market and the inspirations of chef Harry Björklund, who likes to add a Swedish twist to his dishes.
