Open from 8am, the HBistrot welcomes you all day long for a coffee, accompanied by eggs with bacon or delicious pastries, or later for a glass of wine, chosen among the 2 500 references of our wine list.
But above all, it is a must in Beaune at lunchtime for its Italian influenced cuisine.
The menu of HBistrot is renewed every day according to the seasons, the products of the Beaune market and the inspirations of the chef, Harry Björklund, who likes to add a Swedish twist to his dishes.
The guarantee of being surprised every time, whatever your choice among our suggestions of the day. Not to mention its tasty pizzas, baked in a traditional Neapolitan oven.

From the "Bistro" spirit, it keeps a form of simplicity in the cooking because the exceptional quality of the products proposed is enough for itself. Eggs Cocotte with Melanosporum or Alba truffle depending on the season, Grilled Whole Line Bass or our signature dish Poularde de Bresse, are some of the perfectly executed classics that will make you come back to l’Hôtel de Beaune.
All served in a spirit of sharing and conviviality by a ballet of waiters who alternate perfectly and according to the dishes, service à la Française and service at the pedestal table.
